Revisar se si puede lograr que el dialogo que seleccina el theme de alto contraste, configure otor nombre de theme diferente a HighContrast (por ejemplo HuayraAccesible)

En cuanto el ticket original esta arreglado,
Si quieren que selecciones el tema de accesibilidad de huayra, con el nuevo dialogo es fácil corregirlo, pero depende que lo terminen.. ;)
